Obituary
Mildred Lucille Firestone, nee Lurie, 92, of Highland Park, passed away peacefully in her home on May 14. Before the onset of Alzheimer’s, Millie’s youthful spirit and zest for life fostered her love of nature, travel and learning. Millie is survived by her loving and dedicated husband of 64 years, Nathan Firestone, three daughters, Diane Firestone, Marilyn Rothschild, and Joanne Firestone Nemerovski (Marc Brown), and seven grandchildren, Allie, Rachel, Max, Nicole, Ben, Elana and Rose.
